Preorders are not ready for immediate shipment. Review the product shipping estimate. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates or promises of delivery for an event. Expedited shipping does not speed up preorder availability.
We ship active preorders when stock is received, inspected and ready, within the applicable shipping time or a validly agreed delay. If we cannot ship on time, we provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund options. We do not require an unlimited wait or ship after a valid cancellation.
