How to return an item

  1. Sign in to your account at www.styledbyalx.com with the email address from your order.
  2. Open the order and select Request Return. Ordinary returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (or of pickup, for local-pickup orders).
  3. Wait for our approval email. Please do not ship anything before it arrives.
  4. Ship within 5 days of approval, with tracking, using the label in your approval email or your own tracked shipping, to:

    Your return must arrive back to us within 30 days of delivery, or it is void.
  5. Store credit is issued to your account after we receive and inspect the items. See how to use your store credit.
