How to Return an Item

Returning an item is quick and easy. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log into your account

Log in at www.styledbyalx.com using the email you used to place the order. You will be emailed a code to log in.

Step 2: Select your order

Once logged in, view your orders and select the item you would like to return.

Step 3: Request a return

Click Request Return and follow the prompts. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Step 4: Ship your item

Once your return is approved you have 5 days to ship it back. Returns not shipped within 5 days of approval are voided.

United States & Puerto Rico: we provide a prepaid return label. The cost of the label is deducted from your store credit. If you would rather ship it back yourself, nothing is deducted — but your carrier must provide tracking.

All other countries: we cannot provide international return labels. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping with the carrier of your choice. Contact our team first for return authorization, then email us your tracking number as soon as you ship so we can both monitor the package. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Step 5: Receive your store credit

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your store credit is issued and you will receive an email confirmation. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns and is deducted from your credit.

Important notes

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and shipped within 5 days of approval
  • Items must be unworn with tags attached
  • Final sale items cannot be returned
  • You must be logged into your account to request a return

If you do not see the return option, make sure you are logged in with the same email used to place your order.

How to Use Your Store Credit

Step 1: Log into your account

Go to www.styledbyalx.com and log in using the same email you used to place your order.

Step 2: Confirm your store credit

Your store credit is automatically saved to your account and linked to your email.

Step 3: Shop as usual

Browse the website and add your favorite items to your cart.

Step 4: Apply store credit at checkout

Your store credit appears automatically. Select Apply Store Credit and your balance will be applied to your order.

Important notes

  • You must be logged into your account to use store credit
  • Store credit is tied to the email used at checkout
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another account
  • Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases
