Rental Agreement

By renting any item from Styled by ALX, you agree to the following:

Rental Period

Rental period begins on the delivery or pickup date and ends on the agreed return date.

Late returns will incur a fee of $25 per day.

Condition & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the item in its original condition.

You agree:
• No stains, damage, or alterations  
• No spray tans, oils, or harsh substances  
• No modifications to the garment

Damage & Loss

If an item is returned damaged, stained, or altered:

You authorize Styled by ALX to charge up to the full retail value of the item.

If the item is not returned:
You will be charged the full replacement cost.

Cleaning

Do NOT attempt to clean the garment yourself.

Improper cleaning that damages the item will result in full charge.

Payment Authorization

By renting, you authorize us to charge your card for:
• Damage  
• Late fees  
• Non-return  

---

Final Agreement

All rentals are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
