Showroom Pickup & Order Retrieval

All local pickup orders must be retrieved from our showroom location:

Pickup Process

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

When your order is ready, you will receive:
• An email confirmation  
• A text message with pickup instructions (if phone number is provided)  

Your order will be placed in our secure pickup locker (“black box”) for retrieval.

Important Pickup Instructions

• Customers are responsible for checking their email and/or text notifications  
• Orders must be picked up using the instructions provided  
• The pickup location and instructions are clearly provided at checkout and on our website  

Failure to follow pickup instructions does not qualify for a refund.

Pickup Responsibility

Once your order has been marked as ready for pickup, it is considered fulfilled.

Styled by ALX is not responsible for:
• Orders not picked up  
• Missed notifications  
• Failure to follow pickup instructions  
• Customer errors in selecting local pickup

Chargebacks & Disputes (Pickup Orders)

By selecting local pickup at checkout, you agree:

• The order will not be shipped  
• You are responsible for retrieving the order  
• The order is considered fulfilled once ready for pickup  

Any chargebacks filed claiming “item not received” for a pickup order will be disputed with:
• Order confirmation  
• Pickup selection confirmation  
• Notification logs (email/text)  
• Proof of fulfillment  

We reserve the right to deny future service to customers who file invalid or fraudulent disputes.

Storage & Abandoned Orders

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of being marked ready.

After 7 days:
• Items may be restocked  
• Store credit may be issued at our discretion  
• A restocking fee may apply  

No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.

By Completing Your Order

You acknowledge and agree to this Pickup Policy and all related terms.

torage & Unclaimed Orders

Orders must be picked up within 14 days (2 weeks) of being marked ready for pickup.

We send multiple notifications, including:
• Email confirmation  
• Text message notifications (if a phone number is provided)  

Customers are responsible for monitoring these communications and retrieving their order.

Failure to Pick Up

If an order is not picked up within 14 days:

• The order will be considered abandoned  
• The item(s) may be restocked  
• The order will be converted to store credit only  

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
