RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Jewelry (unless received damaged)
• Bodysuits
• Shapewear
• Bathing suits
• Underwear
• Nipple covers
• Breast tape
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
How to Request a Return
To request a return:

2 Log into your account using the same email used at checkout for your order
3 Select your order
4 Click Request Return and follow the prompts
All return requests must be submitted within the 14-day return window & shipped out within 5 days of return approval. If it is not shipped out within 5 days. The approved return is voided. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and approved if it meets our policy requirements.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so we will deduct them from your store credit if we provided a return label. If you ship on your own, we will not deduct shipping from store credit. Please be advised that we do not return your initial shipping cost. We already shipped to you, and that is final and not returnable.
• You may use your preferred shipping carrier, but MUST HAVE tracking. If we provide one to you, please follow the instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:
• Store credit will be issued via email
• Credit will be tied to the email used at checkout and you must log in to your account to use it for your next order, so that it will come up and you can use it at checkout. Please look at the link that Shopify provides to see how you are able to use store credit.
Condition of Returns (Important)
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If a returned item is received:
• With stains
• With makeup, deodorant marks, odors, or visible wear
• Damaged or altered in any way
The return will be rejected.
If you would like the item shipped back to you:
• A reshipping fee will be required
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
We are not responsible for returning rejected items unless shipping is paid.
Please ensure items are in acceptable condition before sending them back.
How to Use Store Credit
To redeem your store credit:
1 Log into your account at styledbyalx.com
2 Add items to your cart
3 Proceed to checkout
4 Select Apply Store Credit
Your available balance will automatically apply to your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item:
• Submit a return request
• Receive store credit once approved
• Place a new order using your credit
This ensures the fastest service and best availability of items.
Late or Unauthorized Returns
• Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted
• Items sent back without an approved return request may be refused

How to Return an Item
Returning an item is quick and easy. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log into alx couture account with the email used to make the order. You will be emailed a code to login.

Step 2: Select Your Order
Once logged in, view your orders and select the item you would like to return.

Step 3: Request a Return
Click “Request Return” and follow the prompts to submit your return request.
Step 4: Ship Your Item
Once your return is approved:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if it does not arrive as expected. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide exchanges and returns (for store credit only) for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- All items would need to be purchased originally from ALX Couture
- SWIMWEAR is FINAL SALE

If one the above conditions are not met, we are unfortunately unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless if the items have been shipped back to us.
Sale item(s), jewelry, and intimates are non-exchangeable nor returnable either at our retail boutique or online.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns need to be made within 7 days of the delivery from ALX Couture. For local customers, there is an option to exchange at any of our ALX Couture location.

2. EXCHANGES AT OUR BOUTIQUES
2.1 You will need to bring along your original invoice along with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to any of our boutiques.
2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the boutique immediately after evaluation by our retail associates that it is valid.
2.3 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to pay the difference.
2.4 There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).
2.5 Returns at our boutique are only eligible for store credit. No refunds will be given at our boutiques.
3. RETURNS ONLINE
3.1 Visit https://alxcouture.returnscenter.com to start a return.
3.2 All requests for returns will be exchanged for store credit. Exchanges are not available online. No refunds will be given.
3.3 No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
3.4 However, if any of the products received are deemed defective or a wrong shipment, ALXCouture.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of ALXCouture.com.
3.5 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for exchanged items.
3.6 Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. ALX Couture does not provide return shipping labels. A 10% restocking fees for all returns. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
3.7 We DO NOT cancel order after order has been processed.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
4.4 ALX Couture makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
