Pickup orders go into our secure lockers at the address above, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your order is ready within 24 business hours and we'll text and email you which locker it's in. We are an online boutique — we do not have a retail store and we do not offer in-person shopping appointments.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE
Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, or your package stopped moving? Please don’t contact the carrier yourself — we file the claim for you. Submit our delivery investigation request and we’ll review it within 1 business day and open the carrier and/or shipping insurance investigation.
